Force yourself to name one feature that was easy to build but ethically uncertain. Write down the exact dollar amount of engineering hours spent, plus the hidden cost of user trust lost. If you can’t find a single example, you haven’t been honest. The MVP Quadrant is not a rubber stamp — it’s a mirror. Look until you see the waste you chose to ignore. Then adjust your Shurūṭ for next sprint.
